– bandage (hand left/right) can be used to cool on designated wrist from the top or on other hand’s wrist from the bottom

– cold packs can be used for cooling, but also be heated up (see usage instructions) to allow the warming of a joint, allowing a simple alternating of cooling and warming sequences
